"Great location, secure building with secure parking. Nice quiet neighbourhood with excellent access to shops and trains. Accommodation is well thought through and provided everything we needed during our stay. Top tip: park in rue Haroun Tazieff (this is where you access the parking), message (don't phone) the host via the booking app having previously informed them of you expected arrival time - pay the deposit, fetch the keys from the lock box at 33 Av Marie Curie, return and park your car in the basement parking, from where you then have secure access to the building. Book knowing (by reading) that there is a clearly stipulated 500€ deposit payable on arrival, which is quickly returned on departure. No problems. It's a light touch host (I don't blame them), so don't be asking for advice on how to use the coffee machine."

"The property was clearly cleaned, but like most rentals it could benefit from a deep clean from time to time. The beds are basic, but comfortable, and could be improved."

"The check in procedure was a bit of a faff. You have to send them a message on booking.com to tell them you’ve arrived. They’ll then message you back with a link to pay a 500€ deposit. Once that’s done they’ll send you the instructions on how to get in. The curtains are very thin, but there are shutters on the outside you can close to keep the sun and light out."

"Check in system informative and easy - not met by anyone but instructions were very clear and easily understood. Had to telephone when arrived as not heard anything to be informed check in not available until 4pm so decided to go shopping whilst we waited. Secure underground car parking is a bonus and we felt very safe in the building. Apartment is very clean and tidy with all equipment practically brand new and beds very comfortable which was welcomed after a hard day on your feet walking around Disney! Luckily we worked out one of the keys allowed direct access to underground car park via the lifts as this was not explained. Only 13 min drive to Disney which made it ideal. Nicely decorated and you can tell a bit of effort was put in to make it feel homely."

"Communication could be better especially as we had already messaged them with our expected arrival time days prior to arrival and had to telephone whilst sat outside the apartment to find out what to do. Only to be told they were not ready until 4pm. If I’d had children with me I can see that would be problematic for some. Very minor criticism is that the sofa is not at all comfortable to sit on especially after a hard day on your feet at Disney and I personally found the pillows were very bumpy. Curtains in both bedrooms are so thin they let in all the light including the street lights right outside so if you can only sleep in complete darkness then take an eye mask. You are also expected to wash up your own dishes before leaving (standard) but no tea towel is provided which seemed a bit odd. Had to use a bath towel!"

"Las toallas no eran suficientes y habia solo 1 papel higienico, podrian dejar mas suministros de cortesía. Previo a la entrada, hubo que hacer un deposito de garantia de 500€ a traves de un link que me enviaron por Booking, no lo tenía previsto pero el administrador me ha dicho que estaba aclarado en la reserva. Vale aclarar que el deposito ha sido reintegrado inmediatamente tras dejar el apartamento en buenas condiciones."

"Internet viel vaak uit, gehorig. Er hangen geen dikke gordijnen maar als je het raam open doet kan je de shutters naar binnen klappen. Geen extra vuilniszakken, en niet duidelijk waar je het afval kwijt kon."

"Большая квартира с двумя спальными ,отлично подходит для проживания семей с детьми, хорошо оборудованная кухня, неплохая ванная комната. Удобное месторасположение, 5 минут от станции метро, одна остановка от Диснейленда ,рядом есть супермаркет. Район очень тихий и безопасный."

"На кухне есть кофе машина без капсул, можно было бы хотя бы оставить две-три капсулы, чтобы гости могли при заселении после долгой дороги (перелета) приготовить по чашке кофе или чая (чай тоже отсутствовал) На полотенцах присутствуют пятна, очень не приятно использовать такие полотенца"
